Founded in1962 in Italy, Coim Group is a rising global company and a leader in polyester and polyurethane specialties. COIM operates worldwide through a network of manufacturing sites, sales offices and agencies.

COIM China is the first China mainland trading company of COIM which is newly established in 2017, and will be dedicated to the business liaison, market research, products introduction and technological liaison and support for all chemical products produced by COIM Group world-wide.

We are now inviting applications to fill the following key positions to be based in Shanghai.

Logistics executive (based in Shanghai)

Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate import shipment of Non-DG products & DG products via sea，air and land.
2. Ensure the correctness of all shipping documents, include booking form, packing list, bill of lading, bills and so on
3. Work closely with carrier, freight forwarder, warehouse, trucking company and customs broker on order follow up and anticipate issues
4. Provide full support to Sales Dept., finance Dept. and Singapore office
5. Coordinate with sales office and customers for all logistic related issues.
6. Negotiate for best freight charges and ability to optimise the logistic process so as to continuously reduce costs and lead-times

Qualifications and Skills:
1. Bachelor Degree in logistics, business administration or accounting

2. At least 3-4 years related working experience, preferably in an international trading company
3. Good knowledge of import/export procedures and L/C documents.
4. Strong ability in freight negotiation;
5.Honest, keen in details, hard working, team player and responsible;
6.Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure;

7.Good interpersonal skills

8. Good command of Mandarin and English language, both written and oral.

2. 3-4年相关工作经验。
3. 熟悉进出口业务流程。
4. 良好的沟通能力。

6. 能承担压力，自我激励，独立工作。
7. 优秀的人际沟通能力。
8. 具备良好的英语口语交流与书写能力
