工作职责:

1、 公司产品推广工作的策划、组织及实施；

2、 根据公司产品、服务特点，正确选择相应渠道，完成公司下达的销售指标；

3、 负责公司销售渠道及终端客户关系的维护和发展，实现和公司要求的客户增长；

4、 负责完成目标客户资料的收集、整理和归档，根据要求按时完成目标行业的调查、研究和分析工作；

5、 为公司产品和服务的研发、推广和营销管理提供支持；

6、 完成上级交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：

1、 中专以上，男女不限，形象气质佳，性格外向，亲和力强，有较好的人际沟通能力；

2、 3年以上客户营销经验，有金融（银行、保险等）、大企业等机构客户销售经验者优先考虑；

3、 医疗服务、健康管理、健康保险行业产品、市场或销售从业经验者优先；

4、 深厚的文字功底，能独立撰写策划书、市场方案；

5、 出色的沟通能力和人际交往能力，良好的口头及文字表达能力，团队意识；

6、 丰富的商务经验、良好的谈判技巧，优秀的销售业绩；

7、 积极进取的开拓精神、良好的学习和环境适应能力、勇于面对挑战和承受压力。
