Responsibilities

1. Prepare vouchers and ensure all vouchers are prepared in accordance with statutory accounting principles and group financial policies

2. Prepare monthly and yearly closing reports according to group and government requirements

3. Manage Fapiao issue and fee collection related matters

4. Support on enquires from parents

5. Complete monthly and yearly tax declaration and prepare data requested by tax bureau and other government sectors timely and accurately

6. Review payment requests and reimbursement forms according to group policy and statutory requirements

7. Cash management to support operation requirements

8. Communication with HR, admission, operation and other departments to support daily operation

9. Regular communication with bank, auditor, tax officer and other government sectors

10. Assist in forecast/budget preparation

11. Perform accounting filing and keep proper records

12. Perform other regular and ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field with minimum [5] years relevant experience in accounting, tax filing and bookkeeping as well as knowledge of general accepted accounting principles in PRC.

2. Qualified Intermediate financial accountant Holder or above.

3. Good skills with financial EPR system, and Dynamics AX system is preferred

4. Excellent written and oral communication skills with professional manner

5. Good in English writing, listening, speaking and reading

6. Strong attention to details and ability to meet deadlines

7. Good problem-solving ability

8. Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint

9. Able to work under pressure and tight timeline
