工作内容
What are my responsibilities?

负责生产设备的维护与维修
Be responsible for maintenance of production equipments.

熟悉维修流程
Be familiar with maintenance process

确保CNC机床的电气系统和控制系统的正常可靠运作
Make sure electrical system and control system of CNC machine working in normal operation.

修理CNC机床，如更换SINUMERIK840D、PCU50、马达、传感器开关，断路器、马达等与CNC机床相关的电器。
Provide the assistance to the supplier or oversea experts during equipment installation and commissioning period. Make sure all jobs done safely.

执行计划中的维护工作、确保机器和设备继续正常运行，如测试或更换电气装置。
To do regularly PM for equipments and keep them running in normal
e.g. checking or replacing electrical devices. Provide equipment and tools improvement proposal as well as implementation.

提供设备，工具改进方案并加以实施
Provide equipment and tools improvement proposal as well as implementation.

确保非生产设备如空调、压缩空气系统和消防系统的正常可靠运作。
Ensure that others facilities such as air condition, compressed air system and fire system etc. running in good operation.

确保各项工作符合电气安全要求
Make sure all maintenance activities accord with electrical
standard /code required.

监督设备承包商的现场运作，确保各项工作符合合同规定和西门子政策
Supervise the equipment outsourcing service contractor site operation and make sure their work done as contract required and their behavior comply with Siemens policy.

任职要求
What do I need to qualify for this job?


大专学历或者以上，专业：机电一体化或者数控技术
college or above, Major :Electromechanical integration or Numerical control technology

具有基础的机械和电气知识
Have the basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical.

了解液压与气动基础知识
Understand hydraulic and pneumatic basic knowledge

PLC知识丰富者优先
Know PLC is preferred

1-2年工作经验，有外资企业维修经验者优先
1-2 years experience in foreign manufacturing enterprising will be preferred.

有团队精神，必须融入维护组内工作
Better team spirit, and work together.

会英语听说者优先
Basic English and PC skill, English spoken will be priority.
