Finance Assistant

 

EXPERBUY is a French group specialized in Purchasing & Procurement service. Located in France, USA, Nordics countries, Romania, Germany, and China. For our Dalian Branch, we are currently looking for a Finance Assistant.

SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES: Under management of Ap-AR Leader,

Process the financial and administrative operations connected to operations with our customers, our suppliers and other third parties in compliance with ExperBuy procedures. This comprises in particular the generation of financial and administrative documents, operation follow-up, third party information and dispute management.

The successful applicant will assist line manager to handle a part of accounting and tax issues, including:

- Sales invoice management in ERP and in coordination with purchasing team

- Other ad hoc assignments where necessary

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

- College degree in accounting or finance.

- At least 1 year of financial and managerial experience in an international company. Familiar with inter-service operations.

- Language skill: Chinese as mother language, English operational.

- Results driven, detail orientation, proactive, organized, actively participate with local operation staff.

- Good communication skill and team mind.

SALARY

To be defined according to candidate’s profile.
