岗位说明：8--10个月工作期，一周需工作五天。

主要职责：

1. 负责接听转传外部电话及通讯录更新

2. 负责外来访客的酒店预定及来厂指引

3. 负责考勤的相关工作

4. 负责公司车辆的日常任务分配

5. 负责公司报刊、信件、快递等收发及登记

6. 负责食堂用餐人数统计及核对

7. 协助劳动防护用品的需求统计及发放

8. 协助班车、宿舍管理　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

9. 协助培训、会议等接待工作

10. 必要时协助ＨＲ部分实操工作

11. 领导临时安排的其他工作

     

入职要求：

1. 大专或以上学

2. 专业不限

3. 能熟练使用相关办公软件
