Department: Engine Dissy/Assy Cell, Production Dept.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Implement schedule and checks to ensure that all tools, technical manuals and spares used are up to date and, in good working condition and in compliance with airworthiness requirements
- check and ensure that formalized process documents used are duly revised and submission meet target date
- Co-ordinate with other sections on work related matters
- Supervising staff assigned to him with regards to discipline and appearance during engine disassembly and assembly process
- Ensuring good housekeeping practices and safety procedures are observed
- Monitoring work carried out to ensure that all work undertaken, staff capability, tools/equipment, and work procedures are in compliance with airworthiness and company's requirements
- Inspect and approve work carried out in compliance with airworthiness and company's requirements
- Lead and participate in the implementation of ACE operation system and continuous improvement projects
- Such duties as assigned to him/her by the Supervisor

QUALIFICIATIONS:

- College degree or completed High School or equivalent or Higher National Trade Certificate (Aerospace or Engine trade preferred) or Completed Aerospace Apprentice Training Program (24 months program) or Holder of various aviation authority type courses (Mechanical, Basic Gas turbine, Avionics. Completed and passed the relevant examinations conducted by Regulatory Authority.
- Senior mechanic: More than 4 years experience on engine overhaul/heavy maintenance or 6 years of Aviation Maintenance, linipot check/top case repair experiences preferred. Be able to perform Borescope task; CFM 56 engine overhaul experience is preferred.
- Junior mechanic: More than 1 years experience in engine overhaul/heavy maintenance shop or 2 years more of aviation maintenance;
- CAAC licence on PWT or MEC is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understand company manual & shop manual in English & Chinese.

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司(Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd. )

　　上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

　　合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

　　公司目前拥有150名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。
