Function:

功能：

Performs maintenance/repair/alteration tasks on civil aviation articles, in the Module/components/parts in accordance with the current technical data provided in the manufacturers’ Instructions for Continued Airworthiness, Services Bulletins, service letters, Airworthiness Directives, government and industry standard practices, customers’ requirements and other data acceptable to or approved by the CAAC/FAA and other aviation authorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Support the Continuous Improvement programs and ACE activities within the company.

- Participate as a team member in the EH&S Sub-Committee team.

- Carry out the actions plan as decided by the team.

- Work with the team to monitors the results to meet the sub-committee’s planned objectives.

- Recognize repairable or as-removed units and match to their respective repair orders.

- Recognize and correct inaccuracies and simple issues.

- Ensure completion of work as per customer/ manufacturer requirements and company policies and procedures by taking necessary measurements and checking duly completed paperwork.

- 根据客户/制造厂商要求以及公司政策和程序采取必要措施并审核及时完成的文书工作确保完成工作。

- Able to make programming in CNC system and perform parts machining works as per routing card.

对机加系统进行编程，并按工卡要求完成零件机械加工工作。

- Perform parts or components blending/washing as required.

按要求完成零部件的打磨/清洗。

- Participate in periodic emergency response evacuation drills.

定期参加紧急情况逃生训练。

- Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICIATIONS:

资质要求：

- Five years’ aviation experience. CFM56 Engine Overhaul experience and NC Machining experience is required; Experience in VTL/HTL/Grinder/Bore Machine/Milling Machine is preferred; Familiar with FANUC system

5 年航空业经验，其中包含发动机大修经验和数控机床操作经验，最好有车，磨，镗，铣等机床操作经验，熟悉法兰克数控系统

- Technical Vocational School or College with specialty in Machining

技校或大专学历，机械加工专业

- NC Machining Go On Duty Certificate by State Labor Department is preferred

具有国家劳动部门颁发的数控工上岗证（中级证书更好）

- Familiar with all tools and equipment, including inspection aids, used within their assigned area of responsibility

熟悉所有工具和设备，包括其责任分配范围以内的检查工具

- Familiar with inspection of parts per technical data

熟悉按技术数据检查零件

- Understands work orders requirements

- Understands standard process sheet for the job assigned

- Proficient in using various types of mechanical and visual inspection aids appropriate for the articles being inspected and approved for return to service

上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司(Shanghai Pratt & Whitney Aircraft Engine Maintenance Co., Ltd. )

　　上海普惠飞机发动机维修有限公司由中国东方航空公司与美国联合技术公司旗下的普惠公司合资，于2007年11月6日正式成立，并于2009年9月正式开始生产。合资公司已取得中国CAAC维修执照、美国FAA维修执照。

　　合资公司设立在上海青浦出口加工区内，是华东地区一家飞机发动机维修服务中心，主要维修CFM56-5B、CFM56-3、CFM56-7型发动机，并逐步扩展到其他型号发动机。经营范围具体着眼于发动机及其相关零部件的MRO服务的开发与提供，包括发动机的进厂、拆散、技术检查、零部件及维修的外包与采购、组装、大修后的发动机的测试和交付，以及与之相关的所有规范工程、数据管理和行政管理等。合资公司将立足于中国东方航空公司在役发动机的修理，同时积极拓展中国国内和亚太地区的第三方发动机修理市场。

　　公司目前拥有150名左右正式员工和75名学徒工人，其中工程师和技师都有着丰富的发动机修理经验。公司组织架构分为工程、生产、质量、物料、设备、财务、人事等部门。设施全面投产后，每年将大修300台发动机，拥有大约600-800名员工。
