The Senior Accountant reports to the F&A Supervisor and is responsible for the monthly
general ledger close, balance sheet and income statement analysis, and balance sheet and income statement presentation



Specific Job Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility for daily book keeping
- Full responsibility of the general ledger month-end close and presentation of the
balance sheet and income statement results and analysis to the F&A Supervisor
- Full responsibility for the preparation of General Ledger entries and reconciliations
for month-end closing to close books in a timely manner;
- Full responsibility for analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and
reporting on variances;
- Preparation of weekly / monthly cash flow situation and presentation to F&A Supervisor
- Preparation of a monthly account analysis of balance sheet and income statement
accounts;
- Preparation and analysis of the periodical Payment List and presentation to F&A Supervisor
- Management of the Fixed Asset process, policy, and procedure;
- Management of Tax accounting and reporting process;
- Ownership of the internal and external financial and tax audit and examination
processes, including assisting with the preparation of audited financial
statements, supplemental information
- Management of Business license updating process and of all documents linked to F&A area
- To deal relation-ship with lawyer firm for all the issue linked to contracts, HR issues, rent contract, ect..
- Assist in documentation and monitoring of internal controls;
- Other projects as assigned from F&A Supervisor



Qualifications:
Required:

- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting;
- CPA is a PLUS
- Strong understanding of accounting theory;
- High level knowledge of all accounting functions and related internal
controls, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets, and
inventory;
- Good knowledge of CHINESE GAAP and willingness to research and resolve accounting application
- Strong analytical skills;
- Auditing skills, with the ability to research and reconcile difficult accounts;
- 4 - 6 years high volume Accounting Experience;
- Excellent written, verbal, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer
service focus;
- Good English knowledge, both in oral and written communication.
- Microsoft Excel/World/ experience a must;
- Familiar with ERP Kingdee a must
- Detail oriented and organized in work;
- Ability to meet assigned deadlines;
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees,
management, and external agencies to maximize performance, creativity,
problem solving, and results.

Education/level of Degree's
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Accounting;
