工作职责:
作为一名研发工程师，您将有机会参与开发和维护我们的业务系统, 结合你的才能和创新想法，通过我们的应用系统结合大数据, 更好的维持客户关系，实现Customer Success。您的具体工作职责包括：

开发和测试产品新功能，满足客户需求及技术演化的需要。
运用NLP (基于文本)，提升产品与用户交互的体验
维护现有产品，提出创新性的想法

职位要求:
熟悉至少一种编程语言，比如Java, Python等
熟悉NLP，并有在实际的产品或项目中的应用经验
熟悉Linux基本命令和编程环境。
熟悉计算机网络基本原理和通讯协议。
熟悉数据库基础知识。
了解多线程和套接字编程。
良好的团队合作精神。
良好的英文写作和沟通能力。

具有以下技能或经验优先：
熟悉Apache Spark, Cassandra等大数据平台
熟悉机器学习

教育背景：
计算机或者相关学科，2021年毕业的硕士生?

Collaboration BU – Customer Success Engineering - Hangzhou

Job responsibilities:

As a software engineer, you will have an opportunity to join CCTG Webex Custom Success Engineering Team. You’ll work with a group of engineers/architects to build large distributed and industry leading services and contribute your talent and ideas on NLP to improve our interaction of our system. You'll be responsible for:

Implement and test features delivered as services to meet technical and customer requirements.
NLP (base on text) development
Support existing services and inputs creative ideas.

Job requirements:

Familiar with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python and etc.
Familiar with NLP (base on text) and experiences on products or projects
Familiar with Linux commands and Linux software development
Familiar with computer networking principles and protocols.
Familiar with database basics.
Understand multi-threaded
Team player and self-motivated.
Good English reading, writing and communication skills.

Good-to-have Skills:
Familiar with Apache Spark, Cassandra or BigData platform.
Familiar with Machine learning.

Education background:

MS in Computer Science, or equivalent. 2021 graduates.
