Realization of equipment sales strategy for China, increase equipment sales in China, further market development, strengthening of competitive situation in China.



II.AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY



Support of existing customers in China
Acquisition of new equipment customers
Market research and competition monitoring
Technical customer consulting
Commercial customer consulting
Contract negotiations
Presentations for customers, on exhibitions and conferences



III.SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CAPABILITIES



1.Education/studies
Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering/material science
Knowledge of business



2.Professional experience
More than 5 years
3 years equipment sales working experience
Experience in capital equipment sales, prefer grinding machine, measuring machine
Surface technology, especially PVD
Knowledge of PVD equipment market China, good networking in PVD and tools



3.Further training and development
Sales training
Project management



4.Miscellaneous
English, written and verbal
Good communication and presentation skills
Project management experience
Target oriented and good negotiation skills
Good knowledge of PC-work (MS-Office: Word, Excel etc.)
Commercial knowledge & customer oriented manners
Willing to travel
