● 协助客户支持团队解决客户遇到的问题，保持高度的客户满意度
● 参加敏捷开发实践, 提升Webex云平台的服务可扩展性、可靠性与稳定性。

Cisco Webex Platform Service Java Developer
Cisco Webex are the industry-leading enterprise collaboration clients with over ten million users all over the world. Users can send instant messages, do voice or video calls, leave and listen to voice messages, share desktop, and do video conferencing on all major platforms (Win, Mac, iOS, Android, and Linux). Being one of the major development centers across the globe, the Common Identity Hangzhou team owns the Webex user management platform development cycle, and supports our global customers.
Responsibilities:
* Practicing the agile development and continuously improving Webex Common Identity Platform scalability and high availability.
* Working with the customer service team to resolve customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction
What you need for this position:
* Good communication and good English writing
* Familiar with Java programming
* Team player, eager to learn on the job
* Be curious and passionate about technology
* Experience with multithreading, network programming
Education:
* Master degree, graduation time between Feb 2022 and July 2022
* CS, EE or related
