Job Description:
1.Responsible for daily contact regarding logistics, order placing, documentation, to arrange shipment, coordinates for payment.
2.Instant contact with overseas colleague/domestic suppliers/other BU to ensure smooth business running.
3.Arrange sampling, inspection and other things among suppliers, Shanghai Office and German Headquarter.
4.Sourcing assigned projects/products within given time frame.
Requirements:
1.Fluent English both in speaking and writing.
2.Bachelor Degree holder, preferable in foreign trade, or equal.
3.Min 2 years working experience, preferable experience in other sourcing office.
4.Have good knowledge of stationary, giveaways and/or textile products (有箱包采购经验优先考虑).
5.Know relative export regulations, processes very well.
6.Diligent, righteous, willing to accept new challenges and a good team worker.
