Boutique Manager - Breitling Shanghai Boutique



BREITLING, an internationally renowned Swiss watch brand, will establish its flagship store in Shanghai. We are looking for passionate, energetic and experienced individuals who are willing to take challenges to be part of the team.



Responsibilities:



-To fully and responsibly run the boutique as the leader by managing sells, doing daily stock check, controlling daily expenses and making relevant statistics and reports

-To manage and supervise the sales team personnel to maintain the service standard and reach sales target

-To directly communicate and maintain good relationship with customers

- To initiate and manage events in boutique for customers

- To actively manage the CRM program



Requirements:



- Possess university degree, in Retail, Marketing or Business Administration preferred

- Have more than 5 years experience in retail. Over 3 year experience in managing a high-end consumer shop/boutique is preferred.

- Excellent customer service skills

- Fluent in English
