岗位职责：

1. 服务于瑞士奢侈品手表品牌百年灵中国上海总部；

2. 负责前台电话的接听和转接，回答客户询问；

3. 接待售后客户来访，学习售后服务流程；

4. 收发快递，订购办公用品等办公室行政工作；
