1. JOB SUMMARY
1） 负责客户的订单接受及管理；
Responsible for the P.O. management for customers
2） 根据客户需求及时更新出货计划；
Update the shipment plan as per customer needs
3） 跟踪客户需求，拿到准确的Forecast；
Keep exact forecast and follow up customer need
4） 及时在系统中更新需求，保证给计划及采购准确的客户信息；
Update needs in system in time, and keep exact customer information for planning and purchasing
5） 降低成品库存；
Release the turnoff storage
6） 协助财务处理应收账款。
Assist finance to deal with the A.R.


2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1）提高客户满意度；
Improve the customer satisfaction
2）提高按时交货率；
Improve the delivery rate on schedule
3）降低成品库存；
Reduce the turnoff storage
4）准确的客户需求预测。

3. 岗位要求
1） 良好的沟通和语言表达能力
2） 良好的客户服务意识
3） CET-4及以上
