DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES 岗位责任描述
· Develop annual plan for management and training of service provider.
· Conduct periodic training on quality assurance and customer services skills.
· Develop audit checklists.
· Use of PDCA cycle.
· Prepare periodic audit reports.
· Develop training plans and conduct periodic trainings to Commercial staff and Customers.
· Consolidate all the above into a working document.
· Purchase planning / forecasting draught beer equipment.
· Control budgeted expenditure and report on inventory.
· Give guidance to the teams on outlet survey prior installation.
· Guidance on equipment preparation and functional test before proceeding with the actual installation.
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE 资历及工作经验要求
· Bachelor Degree or above(Major in Engineering or related field)
· Strong self-motivation
· 2+ years of must be energetic and proactive
· Able to travel to the cities in the area
