职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Provide business support to BU sales.
- Detailed follow-up for every Sales opportunity, support sales contract approval process by using OOD/SC/CMR and SFDC system.
- Work closely with all functions to ensure on-time goods delivery, order fulfillment, in time payment and maximum revenue recognition with lowest inventory.
- Partner with sales team on monthly SOP & FCST submission.
- Perform margin analysis upon BU’s urgent enquiry.
- Prepare monthly sales/SPG performance tracking report and other sales reporting driven by BU sales, SPG and finance once needed.
- Sales meeting co-ordination and marketing events supporting
- Other tasks and project accomplishment assigned by leader
Requirements
- Bachelor degree, major in accounting or finance will be a plus
- Good at English in both reading and writing
- being sensitive to number, excellent Excel skill
- Be pro-active and willing to take challenge
- A good team player
