Report to: Accounting Manager
Location: Qingpu Site

Main Responsibilities:

? Be responsible for cash application to Account Receivable, and ensure AR balance cleaned timely and accurately.
? Perform monthly export VAT refund timely and follow up the export document collection.
? Be responsible for month-end / year-end closing, and make sure the accuracy and completeness of AR booking.
? Liaise with tax authority, bank & SAFE to ensure finance operation completely in line with legal requirement.
? Assist in the completion of internal/external audit requirements.
? Lead and review day-to-day AR accounting activities and operations.
? Ensure efficient daily operation of accounting team, and provide sufficient coaching to subordinators.
? Make sure company financial control standard is properly implemented. Identify opportunities to improve the quality and efficiency.
? Assist in line manager for Regional project according to the time-table and requirement.
? Other related finance and accounting activities.

Main Requirements:

? University graduate with major in finance or accounting.
? 5+ years AR related working experience of which 1-2 years leadership experience is desirable.
? Broad exposure to various accounting functions and financial processes.
? SAP finance experience is required.
? Good command of English in writing, reading and speaking.
? Proactive, team player and able to work under pressure.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Persistent in innovation with a passion.
