looking and developing new customer accounts in the responsible sale area

Completing the daily sales activities in the responsible area in order to achieve the sales targets

Taking care of the relationship with the customers, ensuring the satisfaction of the key account

Collecting the market and competitor information and reporting back to the HQ in time

Making the daily/weekly/monthly plan and reporting.

Documenting visits report in corporate CRM-tool

Requirements:

At least Bachelor degree, prefer in mechanical engineering

3~5 years of sales experience, focus on automotive industry, Metal industry ,preferably in the industrial consumption such as the abrasives, tools and machinery

Experience in sales of precision Coated Abrasives is an advantage

Excellent communication skills

High ability at English language speaking and writing

Ability to work independently, self motivated, highly result orientated

Be willing to travel frequently

职位职责：

依照公司销售策略，负责所在区域的市场开发；

在负责的上海以及周边区域，找出潜在客户，维护现有客户，并开发新的客户；

在负责区域，开展每日的销售活动，完成销售目标；

维护客户关系，确保关键客户对公司的满意度；

收集市场和竞争对手信息，并及时汇报给总公司；

制定个人的日/周/月计划，并按时汇报给直接领导；

利用公司的CRM在线系统，完成拜访报告和相关技术沟通；

职位要求：

本科以上学历，机械相关专业优先；

3~5年的销售工作经验，主要针对汽车行业，金属行业，具有工业耗材产品销售的经验者优先，如磨具、刀具及设备等；

良好的与人沟通能力；

良好的英语口语及书面表达能力；

独立工作的能力，自我激励能力，追求工作成效；

能够经常出差；
