Purpose

Retail China Store HR Administrator exist to make sure the HR administration function works smoothly and efficiently in the daily basis, so that this crucial part of the people processes could contribute to IKEA Retail China high level of co-worker motivation to achieve outstanding business success.



Mandate

Store HR Administrator is responsible for implementation Retail China HR Operations strategy and maintain the high operational standards on HR Administration system, so that to provide high performance of HR services to the whole Store organization.


Main Responsibilities and Duties

Co-worker attendance information management

· Expert to co-worker attendance system.

· Communication with related line managers to confirm co-worker daily working hour and monthly paid hour.

· Key in co-workers paid hours into the payroll system for payment calculation.

· Temporary part time co-worker management.


HR Administration daily operation

· Co-worker Company paid leave documents management to administrate the document flow.

· Work with Co-worker committee on the co-worker activity organization.

· Co-ordinate all HR functional process and procedure in order to pass routine HR Administration Check.



Co-worker uniform and locker room management

· Uniform management

· Monitor the facilities, cleanness and functional in the co-worker locker room, make the working environment reflect IKEA's home furnishings competence and reflect co-workers daily needs.


Co-ordinator of Store Co-worker Commercial Medical Insurance

· Work with China Shared Services and Retail Central HR function on service vendor selection and policy review.

· Co-worker headcount increase and decrease management and payment management to the service vendor.

· Collect co-worker feedback on the vendor's service and provide the feedback to China Shared Services and Retail Central HR function.
