Retail Manager
Responsibilities:
- Report to the General Manager
- Manage sales and achieve sales targets of all direct shops
- Manage sales team and monitor staff performance
- Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to maximize sales and staff productivity,
- Be responsible for on the job/store training (company standard, customer service, selling techniques, etc,
- Manage daily retail operations to ensure operation efficiency and consistency, as well as compliance with company
policies and procedures
- Be responsible for store expenses including staff cost, inventory control and other expenses,
- Manage all shop maintenance,
- Assist in developing new business,
- Study and make suggestions on improvements on internal working efficiency (work reports, procedures, etc,
- Conduct sales and business analysis
- Closely communicate with other departments to ensure good working relationship, efficient stock support, effective
marketing and promotional supports and mutual business development,
