SUMMARY职位简述

• 针对已建成的超纯水/回收水/废水系统提供必要的现场技术服务；
• 进行客户回访，维护客户关系；
• 跟踪耗材更换及系统改扩建的机会；
• 定期向部门经理汇报当期工作内容；

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:工作职责

• 项目交付后及时跟进并与客户签订年度售后服务合约；
• 组织承包商或工人即时有效地处理系统质保期内的设备，电气等相关问题；
• 执行服务类的订单相关内容，准备现场服务报告并获得客户确认验收；
• 协调供应商，客户与公司三者的关系，促使服务类项目有序进行并顺利结案；
• 即时有效地反馈客户服务需求，协调公司内部高效沟通，及时准时提供解决方案及报价。

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE学历及经验要求

• 本科学历，水处理/化工/环保/仪器仪表/自动化等相关专业毕业
• 3~5年纯水/回收水/废水处理项目及服务相关工作经验

COMMUNICATION SKILLS沟通及其他能力

• 英语听，说，读，写流利，CET-4及以上
• 计算机：熟练使用AUTOCAD/Office/Project等绘图/办公/项目管理软件
• 有C1驾照者优先，户口不限
• 能胜任定期出差，本地及外地
