Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the product development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budget requirements. 

2.Follow-up various orders with vendors, customers and internal parties to ensure good quality and on-time delivery.

3. Assist the company to make development plan of different factories, implement related targets, make strategy and system policy.

4. Make factory capacity analysis, prepare production statistical report, coordinate production data statistics.

 5. Carry out the company's quality system requirements, implement lean production measures, and continuously improve different factory's manufacturing level.

6. Set up and execute department goals, manage team work and performance.

Requirements:

1. Experience: At least 10+ years management experience.

2. Personality: Self-motivated, team player, well-organized, positive, energetic and strategic thinking.

3. Great lingerie and swimwear knowledge including costing, manufacture procedure, market trends, quality, safety, import/export requirement.

4.Garment factory's working experience is preferable. 

5. Able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem solving skills, able to meet deadlines.

6. Ability to build strong relationships with the team, communicate effectively with internal and external parties.

7. Able to work under pressure, result oriented, excellent communication skills, responsive and detail minded.

8. Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point.

9. Travel is required.
