职责：

1.在整个设计过程及设计团队中有着建设性意见

2.在数据阶段可起草设计图样

3.明确阐述建筑材料及理论

4.在画图及沟通方面有效辅佐工程部完成

5.拥有掌控工程地点的能力

要求：

1.在建筑设计及LDI方面有至少3年的实践经验

2.在建筑翻新机内部设计方面有兴趣及经验

3.在规定时间内把整体预算及工程的可行性考虑在内。

4.有实践经验

5.语言：普通话读写流利（会上海方言有加分）

精通英语会有加分

6.精通Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop or 3DMAX 会有加分

The candidate will be part of our international Design Team and coordinate with our Construction Team. He or She should be self-motivated and proactive, have interest and proven experience in architecture, interior design and renovation. An ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in renovation and building materials. Attention to detail and design talent are a plus.
Responsibilities:
1.Advise Design team throughout the design process.
2.Create design drawings for DD and CD phase.
3.Specify building materials and methods.
4.Assist through drawings and communication the Construction Team.
5.Quality control the construction site.
Requirements:
1.Min 3 years proven working experience in architecture office or LDI.
2.Experience and interest in building renovation and interior architecture.
3.Consideration for budget and feasibility within short deadlines.
4.Hands-on approach.
5.Languages: Fluent in written and spoken Chinese (Shanghainese dialect is a plus).
Good English proficiency is a plus.
6.Proficiency inAutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino. Proficiency in Adobe InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop or 3DMAX is a plus.
