The successful candidate will be part of our international Design Team. He or She should have interest and experience in architecture, interior design and renovation. An ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, value efficient work and be proactive and independent. Attention to detail and design talent are a plus.

Responsibilities:

1.Provide English-Chinese language support with presentations and documents related to the design process

2.Assist communication on the construction site

3.Prepare documents for meetings

4.Assist research and sourcing of building materials and methods

Requirements:

1.Entry level or up to 3 years proven postgraduate experience in a design office or institute. (min2 years working in China experience for overseas candidates)

2.Languages: Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English. (Shanghainese dialect is a plus)

3.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excell, Power Point). Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and AutoCAD are a plus (training can be provided)

4.Excellent communication and time management skills
