Purpose of the role:

协助保洁经理制定年度保洁预算并落实实施；负责管理项目服务范围内写字楼及商业日常清洁、绿化、消杀、垃圾处理等工作；负责日常巡视以及监督整改工作；对保洁公司进行质量考核,提升外包保洁公司服务品质；合理控制日用品的损耗、减少开支减少浪费；定期组织、参加外包保洁公司会议，进行各项针对性培训。

Responsible for:-

• 协助保洁经理制定本年度保洁培训计划、日常管理计划、年度财务预算计划，并将计划落实到实际工作中；

• 结合项目实际情况按照保洁服务合同内容定期核算各种清洁用品采购计划，合理控制日用品的损耗、减少开支减少浪费；

• 监督外包保洁公司对员工的日常培训工作及现场作业人员的排班管理，不断提升保洁团队整体服务水平，加强对保洁公司日常工作的考核；

• 满足租户、租户的合理需求；

• 项目各项活动的现场配合工作；

• 提出合理的优化建议；

• 突发事件的及时配合处理；

• 公司安排的其它工作。

  Qualifications/ Experience/Skills：

• 大专及以上学历,5年左右商业项目保洁管理经验。

• 熟练使用办公软件。

• 良好的个人表达能力，良好的沟通能力.

• 良好的团队合作精神。
