职位描述
主要职责：
1.分析业务数据，挖掘用户行为特征和个性化需求，建立用户精准营销指标体系，协助运营决策。
2.不断挖掘新的用户属性数据，并在此基础上生成创新应用。
3.应用先进的统计建模、数据挖掘和机器学习方法，建立数据模型来解决实际问题，开发创新的方法来解决传统算法无法解决的问题。
4.与业务部门沟通合作，将数据模型应用到实际业务中。
其他要求：
1.2021年应届毕业生（包含海外留学生）
2.硕士或以上学历(优秀本科亦可考虑)。主修统计学、计算机科学、数学等专业。在统计学、数据挖掘和机器学习方面有扎实的理论基础。
3.高水平的数学和逻辑思维，具备一定的英语水平以获得国外在这一领域中的先进知识。
4.丰富的数据建模实践经验，扎实的编程基础，熟练使用Perl/Python/PHP/Java编程语言。熟悉Java语言者优先。
Main Responsibilities1. Analyzed the business data, mined the user behavior characteristics and personalized needs, built the index system of user precision marketing, and assisted the operation decision.
2. Constantly mining new user attribute data and generating innovative applications based on it.
3. Apply advanced statistical modeling, data mining and machine learning methods to build data models to solve practical problems, and develop innovative methods to solve problems that cannot be solved by conventional algorithms.
4. Communicate and cooperate with business departments to apply data models to actual business
Common Requirements:
1. High level of mathematics and logical thinking is required.
2. A certain level of English is required to acquire advanced foreign knowledge in this field
3. Master's degree or above (excellent undergraduate is also considered). Major in statistics, computer science, mathematics, etc. Solid theoretical foundation in statistics, data mining and machine learning.
4. Rich practical experience in data modeling, solid programming foundation, proficient in using a programming language in Perl/Python/PHP/Java. Familiarity with Java language is a plus.
