职责 Details:

1. 负责中国及亚洲市场清洁行业OEM客户维护及开发, 推进新产品的业务发展，完成销售目标。

Maintenance and develop OEM customers in China & Asia Floor-care industry, promote the business of new product, to achieve sales goal.

2. 准备及跟新报价，跟踪样品流程，协助客服团队处理常规订单及客户投诉。 

Prepare or update the quotation; Follow up the samples process; Assistant CS team to handle the regular PO process & customer complaint.

3.参与市场活动，负责执行线上或线下平台、展会、培训及论坛等项目。

Take part in the marketing activities, responsible for the project of on/off-line platform, show, training & seminar.

4. 定期拜访客户，发掘客户需求，解决客户问题。报告及执行销售计划，完成相关报告。

Visit customer regularly to research the new demands of customer, help customer to solve the problem. Prepare & implement the sales plan and related report.

5. 按约定的付款方式准时收款。

Responsible for account receivable to meet the payment term requirement.

6. 维护及更新ERP系统，保证产品及价格信息的准确。

Maintain or update in time the ERP system to ensure product or price information is correct.

7. 领导或协助本部门或跨部门项目的开展如新产品开发，SOP的完善等。参与公司LEAN活动。

Lead or assist business department or across-department project such as new product, SOP improvement。Join in the LEAN activities.

 8. 上级领导安排的其他工作。

Other tasks assigned by superiors or high-lever.

 

要求 Requirement:

1. 本科及以上学历。高分子材料，化工或机械专业优先。

Bachelor or above degree. Major in Polymer materials, Chemical or Machinery is preferred.

2. 最少1年销售经验，有化工、高分子材料、橡塑行业或项目管理经验优先。

At least 1years sales experience. Experience in Chemical, Polymer materials,  Rubber & Plastic industry, or project management is preferred.

3. 有英文沟通能力。

Basic English capability.

4. 团队合作，勤劳肯干，以结果为导向。

Teamwork sprit, hard-working, result oriented.

5. 有强烈的责任及创新意识。

Strong sense of responsibility and innovation.

6. 愿意出差。

Be able to travel frequently.
