职位描述:
- 负责公司中国办事处的日常IT运营和用户支持;
- 安装、维护,并且解决PC 电脑、苹果电脑、打印机以及相关设备的问题。其中包括对操作系统的更新,对桌面软件的问题的解决;
- 安装,维护,并且支持桌面应用软件,以及外设组件;
- 解决所有的打印问题;
- 云计算的工作经验;
- 给终端用户提供软件和硬件方面的技术支持;
- 受理并实现用户IT需求;
- 网络内容服务商应用和续订方面的经验;
- 通过使用电话,电子邮件和亲自解决的方法来协调和处理IT 要求。
职位要求:
- 不少于一年桌面支持/网络管理(Helpdesk)支持经验, 精通 Windows系统安装、配置、维护、故障排除;熟悉AD环境下IT运维;
- 能够完成常见的桌面和服务支持的工作。包括对电脑的配置,更新和对硬件和操作系统的维护;
- 具有TCP/IP 和一定的网络管理工作经验;
- 有管理供应商的经验;
- 有良好的客户服务观念,工作责任心强,注重团队合作;
- 具备较强的学习能力、问题分析能力、沟通(英语)能力以及良好的服务意识;
- 英语四级以上水平,拥有优秀的英语听说读写能力,可适应英语工作环境。

Job Title: Service Desk Support Analyst
Function: Technology Services
Location: Shanghai
Reporting to: Head of Service Delivery – Asia (based in Hong Kong)
Role:
· Respond to customer queries and requests
· Accurately log details and time spent on user requests and queries
· Configure system software to provide user access to appropriate functionality
· Deploy hardware and software
· Keep the Head of Service Delivery informed of events, incidents and problems
· Follow active procedures and suggest process improvement where appropriate
· Coordinate with external suppliers when required
Key Accountabilities:
· Accurate reporting of time spent on each incident/request logged in the support system
· Configuration of the user aspects of system management systems including active directory and telephone system
· Allocation and logging of the loan equipment available to users
· Effective communication with all levels of the business via email, instant messaging and the intranet
· Configuration of desktop and laptop of Windows computers (knowledge of Macintosh computers is a plus)
· Maintain an accurate record of all Tech assets and accessories
Competencies:
· Excellent communication skills in English and Putonghua is a must (knowledge in Cantonese is a plus)
· Good telephone manner
· Good customer service mentality and skillset

Experience:
· 1 year working in a technical support environment as first or second line support
· Installation/Configuration/Troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems
· Application Support: Office 365 suite, VMware Horizon, SCCM, McAfee suite etc.
· Hardware Support: Diagnose faults, replace and upgrade memory and hard drives in both desktops and laptops
· Experience with managing local suppliers
· Familiar with ICP application and renewal
· Experience of Internet Technologies and networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Ethernet, cabling, TCP/IP)
· Building and maintenance of desktop PCs and laptops
· Experience of Domain/Active Directory administration and configuration
· Mac OS 10.13 and upwards administration an advantage
· Experience of telephony and telephone system configuration an advantage
