What you do…
With client leadership you manage local and global account and partner projects, to deliver professional services with the team
Timeline, business effectiveness, quality resulting in customer happiness are your permanent drivers
Understanding and analyzing client’s needs and identifying customers’ requirements
Leading workshops to convince with our solution and map needs to existing templates defining Statement-of-Work
Additional requirement you document and process with corresponding specifications You establish customer relationship, are central point of contact and ensure ongoing business
What you bring…
You studied computer sciences, manufacturing engineering or have similar professional experience
Knowledge and project experience in Manufacturing Execution System (MES) focus on discrete manufacturing
Communication skills on different levels to guide through workshops and possible challenges and escalations, analyze fast and find, document and implement solutions
Proven project management and execution skills through all project lifetime stages
Technology background in latest cloud, web, app, database technologies, infrastructure and typical architecture from Top Floor (e.g. ERP) to Shop Floor (e.g. machine connectivity)
Business oriented, proactive, solution-oriented and reliable
Open minded and team-oriented with leadership skills
Business travels are welcome by you
