The Sales Manager, Western China will be held responsible for

?    implementing the strategic direction assigned by the Sales Director of China

?    developing regional sales strategies to achieve sales targets

?    supporting and growing channel sales activities within Western China

?支持和扩大中国西部地区的渠道销售活动

?    developing new direct accounts to become key accounts

?发展新的直接客户，使之成为关键客户

?    management of credit terms and payment performance of channel partners and direct accounts

?管理渠道合作伙伴和直接客户的款期和付款绩效

?    “playing by the rules“ - sticking to the code of ethical conduct and

     management rules set by the board of directors

?“遵守规则”-遵守道德行为准则和董事会制定的管理制度

?    anticipating market trends and recommending strategic action plans to enhance competitive position for the organization

Requirements

任职要求

?    Quality-oriented professional with a reputation for self-discipline, service, satisfaction, and results

?    Effective leadership skills to build highly motivated, productive, and diverse sales teams in Western China

?有效的领导技能，能在中国西部建立积极、高效、多元化的销售团队

?    minimum of 5 years of experience working in sales positions

?至少5年销售工作经验

?    more than 3 years of industry experience in electronics, optics, automation control or image processing would be an asset, experience in electronics /automation control / vision distribution would be equally rated. 

?3年以上在电子，光学，自动化控制或图像处理方面的行业经验是加分项，在电子/自动化控制/视觉分配方面的经验将得到同等评价。

?    Extensive network in industry market, preferably in system automation/ automated inspection industry segments.

?广泛的工业市场网络，***是在系统自动化/自动化检测工业领域。

?    Extensive traveling within Western China.

?能根据公司要求，随时在中国西部出差。

?    Minimum bachelor degree with the major preferably in electronics engineering, physics, optics, automation control and computer science.

?本科以上学历，电子工程、物理、光学、自动化控制和计算机科学专业优先。

?    Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
