Job Description：

--Create/maintain and implement QA Plan for projects

--Manage/synchronize project related Software Quality Assurance (SQA) activities on other Delphi sites

--Supports teams to setup processes / method / tools in an Automotive SPICE and Delphi processes compliant way.

--Develop and tracking of project specific corrective action plans to follow-up on non- conformances issues until resolved 

--Drive and participate in work product reviews, to ensure that the documents following the internal Delphi definitions and fulfill the requirements from Automotive SPICE.

--Help teams to prepare for Quality Gates

--Report project quality status with metrics on Software KPI and process compliance ratings

--Supports SQA on Gates and Releases to judge on the quality status

--Interface to customer regarding software/system relevant quality topics

--Leading of Automotive SPICE improvement programs

--Coaching of the project management/team regarding internal processes and Automotive SPICE

--Support all internal and external audits/assessment in the project regarding preparation and follow up on findings

--Drive lessons learned process in the projects

Job Qualification：

• Very good knowledge in Automotive SPICE and quality assurance methods.

• Very good knowledge in software/system development processes and methodologies in automotive area and Agile

• 3 years of working experience in software development

• Good knowledge of project management methods

• Very good communication, presentation and negotiation skills

• Fluent in German and/or English language skills.
