The Production Security Manager is ensuring the compliance within security & safety in Production Offices.

The Production Security Manager is working within the Production Office Organization(2 offices in Shanghai, 1 office in Guangzhou). He/she is reporting to the Production Office Manager and functionally to the Business Unit Manager-Production, in the Global Security Department.


Responsibilities
*Managing security & safety policies and procedures
-Communicate and implement Global Security goals, activities, policies, procedures, guidelines and specifications within the Production Office.
-Ensure that these are in accordance to local legislation.
-Support Business Unit Manager-Production and Production Office Manager with goal orientated planning and follow up to reach the set Global Security goals.
*Monitoring the level of security
-Implement and follow up on security, safety and information security standards in the Production Office.
-Conduct auditing and internal monitoring as per audit tools created by the Business Unit Manager-Production.
-Ensure that all audit and internal control results are reported to relevant persons on time. (Production Office Manager and Business Unit Manager-Production )
-Support Production Office Manager in developing corrective action plans.
-Ensure that there is an effective system to inform Business Unit Manager-Production in case of an incident/accident.
-Conduct Safety trainings for Office staff and discover other training needs.
-Keep his/her knowledge on these matters on an updated & relevant level.
*Acting actively within Crisis Group
-Support Production Office Manager to have an effective Crisis Group that can act in any critical situation.
-Take actively part in Crisis Management meetings and trainings.
-Create/Update the Country Crises Response Plans and Business Recovery Plans together with the Production Office Manager.
-Ensure that the Crises Management Team is trained and updated constantly.
