职位描述

工作职责:

接听总机,转接来电, 重要事项做记录并转交相关部门或人员;

访客、来宾的接待、登记及引见。

收发国内外快件,采购公司日常用品及分配;

负责传真、快递及信件、报刊的收发管理;

记录并管理/存档文件;

维护复印机/传真机/打印机等设备,使它们在正常良好状态下运作;

协助与其他行政/业务活动的需要;



教育及经验:

大专以上学历;

至少二年的工作经验;



技能:

良好的电脑操作技能,熟悉Microsoft Office;
流利的英语书面和口头能力(CET4或以上);



要求:

有愉快和积极的个性;
优秀的客户服务意识和人际交往能力;

快速有条理的识别和解决问题;
懂得在多个工作下优先处理重点紧急事情;
有效的沟通和互动;
维护公司利益,保护公司机密;

Responsibilities:

Operate a switchboard, answer incoming calls and take messages;
Receive visitors, do registrations and direct them to the appropriate personnel;
Receive deliveries, couriers and distribute office supplies;
Receive and dispatch mail and fax

Establish and maintain files and records;
Keep office appliances in good condition and daily maintenance of such appliances;
Assist with other administrative/operational activities as needed;



Education and Experiences:

College above education background;
Minimum of 2 years experience;

Skills

Good PC skills, familiar with Microsoft Office;
Fluent English in written & verbal (CET 4 or above);
