熟练掌握以下2-3种分析测试，熟悉所有下列理化分析方法的测试原理。有团队/项目管理经验者从优。

    

1.使用HPLC或UPLC进行液相方法的发开和检测，如SEC、IEC、Titer、糖型、唾液酸等，并进行放行方法的验证工作；

    

2使用毛细管电泳仪进行CE方法的发开和检测，还原/非还原CE-SDS、cIEF、等等，并进行放行方法的验证工作；

    

3.质谱表征分析。

    

4.使用qPCR进行DNA残留检测，并进行方法验证；

    

工作职责还包括：

    

1.撰写相关方法检测SOP及完成实验记录；撰写仪器操作SOP,并负责仪器的使用登记及维护；

    

2.负责理化检测部门日常管理工作。包括工作安排，文件撰写修订。

    

3.完成上级交办的其他工作。

    

学历及工作年限要求：

    

硕士及以上，2年以上相关工作经验（博士工作年限要求可放宽）
