F.Reyher Asia –Pacific Co., Ltd, is a WOFE 100% owned by Reyher Germany, located in Shanghai Xujiahui. Our aims are to co-ordinate procurement activities, intensify contacts with local suppliers, support quality controls locally and observe and analyze Chinese market, also taking care the international customers.

Purchaser
- Main responsible for delivery time observation
- Support of sourcing-activities (new supplier questionnaires, contact-follow-up, desk-sourcing…)
- Data maintenance of sourcing-information
- Support of activities for expanding volume with existing suppliers
- Capturing of supplier-details, new delivery time in SAP (sourcing-related–articles…).
- Other assignment may needed by Strategic Purchasing Manager
Qualification and experience
1) At least 3 years work experience, ideally in purchasing roles
2) Experience in purchasing and sourcing support activities
3) SAP or other ERP experience will be appreciated
4) Excellent communication-influencing and problem solving skills
Education
Bachelor or above degree with major in trading or business.
Language
Fluent in both written and spoken English (Must). German is plus.
Native is Chinese
