Job responsibility
1 Familiar with the payroll operations, including the monthly salary payout, tax reporting, salary data maintenance, etc.;
2 Coordinate the expatriates' work permit, visa application and follow up staff's contract termination procedure.
3 Collect the market data by participating into the annual salary/benefit survey and analyze the survey results and provide the recommendation report to the management team.
4 Take charge of the annual staff Business insurance review and implement daily operations
5 Assist HR Manager with the Corporate Compensation and the local management team to update the local compensation and benefit policy;
6 Administer the expatriate affairs including the assignment package review, assignment extension, relocation service, local salary payout, local benefit administration, etc.;
7 Labor dispute cases follow up.
Working Experience & skill
1 A bachelor degree or above;
2 At least five years working experience in HR field and at least 3 years in C&B sector in a sizable multinational company
3 Strong knowledge and experience in data analyzing ability to generate report, develop and implement C&B policies;
4 Solid working knowledge of remuneration systems;
