- Automotive Vehicle Program Advance Planning
- Master Schedule Development for vehicle programs
- Development of sub-project sections within a vehicle program MTC, ie- commodity , styling, homologation, test, engineering, quality, factory, public affairs, marketing/sales/aftersales
- Supervise subordinates within the timing group
- Lead MTC workshops as required to achieve workable solutions impacting vehicle programs from a timing process perspective vs a work content by others perspective.
- Develop system based tools that allows for a proactive environment of MTC development, tracking, maintenance
- Train, coach, mentor subordinate team
- Bachelor degree.
- Minimum 10 years working experiecne in vehicle automotive industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of automotive product development programs at vehicle level minimum of 7 years.
- Project management experience and demonstrated understanding of work breakdown, timing linkage between work tasks and integration of individual time plans associated with development and maintenance of master timing plans.
- Program Office experience of vehicle product design and launch processes and procedures for alignment to cycle plan timing, resource planning, workstreams timing integration and linkage.
- Supervisor level experience minimum of 5 years
- Multi-National type organizational experience
- Ability to multi-task, work under time constraints
- Functional working knowledge and use of MS Office (PPT, DOC, XLS)
- Functional knowledge of project planning software platforms
