An experienced BIW engineer required to work within the Qoros Body Engineering SE team responsible for management of the CF16 Body engineering program.
Scope of responsibilities
? Program delivery
o Engineering timing to match MTC
o Generate and maintain tracking sheets for all deliverables
o Report deliverable deficiencies and identify remedial actions
? Release schedule
o ensure quality of inputs to PDM prior to functional approval
o Chasing rejections and resolving release stoppers
? Monitoring releases
? Interface to other areas for all data release issues
? Program meeting attendance and feedback
? Ensure BOM matches CAD
? Data management systems issues
? ECR tracking and monitoring
o Timely submission to CMB
o Chasing inputs from other areas
o Engineering change control
? Work with purchase to chase suppliers delinquencies
Qualifications
5 years experience in body engineering
Good teamworking and communication skills
Good spoken and written English
Use of Catia v5
MS office
