Position Summary

Primarily maintain effective cash management. Assist treasury supervisor and finance head to widen efficient financing sources in line with the Corporate Standards and local regulations to support the growth of the companies. And monitor bank account status, E-banking systems, treasury processes, foreign exchange trade operations, debt compliance, daily/weekly/monthly reporting, and intercompany transactions.

Key Areas of Responsibility

· Cash flow consolidation and variance analysis monthly;

· Monitor the funding status;

· Project financing controlling (include loan drawdown, repayment, interest payment and material's preparation etc.)

· Trace project progress to ensure compliance with loan documents;

· Prepare treasury analysis report monthly;

· Routine communication with PBOC, SAFE, banks and finance internal functions;

· Assist treasury supervisor to cash and FX risk management;

· Work on corporate insurance affair;

· Bank accounts reconciliation with the general ledger;

· Handle with routine payment;

· Treat with Ad-Hoc jobs as supervisor or finance head assigns;


Skill/ Education & Experience

· Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting or Finance;

· Familiar with the SAP process and bank interface;

· Excellent PC skills of Excel and PowerPoint;

· Good knowledge on PBOC/Banks regulation and local policy;

· Honest, good personality and professional ethic, working efficiency, self confidence and motivation, can work under pressure;

· Capable written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin and English;

· 3 years working experience or insurance affair's experience in foreign MNC will be preferred.
