Responsibilities Product Development Quality Function, Assist the Program Quality Manager in:
- Development and tracking of Vehicle Program Level Quality Targets
- Development and tracking of the Program Quality Plan
- Schedule and Lead the Hardware Quality Gate during the vehicle launch.
- Escalation of Quality Issues to the appropriate decision maker.
- Represent Quality Department at Program Meeting and other Key Decision Forums.
- Develop Program Quality Status Tracking Presentations for Quality Leadership
- Provide Planning and Oversight of the FMEA process
- Provide Quality Data Analysis to Leadership from Quality Confirmation Activities, QRT and CCF.
- Update Deliverables Management Status for Product Development Quality Activities
- Organize and Lead Special Quality Ride Activities
-Qualifications
Main Requirements/任职资格:
1. Bachelor or above, automobile or mechanical engineering background;
本科或以上，汽车、机械相关专业；
2. Minimum 3 years auto industry experience, familiar with auto manufacturing process;
三年以上汽车行业相关经验，熟悉整车装配工艺；
3. Good English skills, capable of fluent work communications;
具备良好的英语能力，并能进行工作上的流畅沟通；
4. Familiar with ISO/TS 16949 and related process audit; familiar with AIAG 5 tools;
熟悉ISO/TS 16949质量体系和过程审核，熟悉AIAG五大质量工具；
5. Capable of complete vehicle audit;
具备一定的整车评审能力；
6. Good team work spirit, work with product development team to achieve team target;
具有良好的团队精神，积极沟通、协作完成团队目标。
