Responsibility:



1.Participate in all meetings and track meeting minutes and meeting agenda
2. Schedule weekly meeting with engineering partner (Magna) and suppliers
3. Correlate product BOM to the newly developing Qoros PML system
4. Complete all necessary tasks including technical reports, timing palns, track issues resolution sheets
5. Interface with engineering change management team and support with CR control and release
6. Coordinate plans,engineering activities, timing, technical development, scheduling. Participate in resoving

engineering and testing problems
7. Correlate interchangeability between C1X programs including system and component commonality
8. Provide technical and program managing support inside Qoros product engineering and product integration teams
9. Prepare technical reports, timing plans, sketches and drawings if needed to illustrate design objectives and

concepts, support manufacturing process and program direction to ensure successful product release and

project completion
10. Communicate and maintain professional and social interaction in multi-cultural environment
11. Be able to constantly improve knowledge and skills, be open minded to adhere new ideas, actively identify areas of potential self improvement and alert management of opportunities for training.



Requirements:



1. Good overall familiarity with automobiles, including Powertrain or its components, such as transmission, side shafts, shifters. Preferred experience 3+ years
2. Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering field
3. Previous experience in automotive related area is preferred, but not a must
4. Good English, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint knowledge
5. Ability to work under manager supervision as well as independently
6. Must have a good organizing skills and able to constantly improve it
7. Ability to held meeting with MSF and suppliers on phone and WebEx, including the support of creation of MOM (Minutes of Meeting)
8. Hands-on or good familiarity with the following:
? Transmission or related rotating machinery mechanisms, including familiarity of working principles, such

components as gears, shafts, synchronizers, bearings, seals. Some knowledge of kinematic, dynamic and stick

diagrams.
? Familiarity with working principles of the transmission shifting mechanism and principles of the travel and

load calculations.
? Familiarity with such systems as drive line and side shaft in particular: joints, tubes, design requirements,

testing etc.
? Ability to do simple engineering calculation, familiarity with stack-up calculation and GD&T principles.
? Familiarity with DFMEA, DVP&R, BOM creation.
? Knowledge and understanding of one or more manufacturing processes, such as: machining, aluminum casting, and

plastic manufacturing.
? Familiarity with product teardown processes and some problems trouble shouting experience.
? Understanding of quality requirements, product warranty issues, ability to prepare, follow up and control

'Open Issues' with suppliers
? Some understanding of DV and PV principles and implementation and control them independently or together with

supplier
? Experience of reading blue print. Ability to work and manipulate 3-D models using engineering tool at least

Using Design tool such Catia 17-19 is preferred.
