An exciting opportunity to join the QOROS Vehicle Safety team.

Engineering vehicles to meet the latest International Standards for Pedestrian Safety.

Working with one of the most experienced Pedestrian Protection teams in China, this position is an excellent

opportunity for a highly motivated Safety Engineer to further his/her knowledge in this rapidly expanding area of expertise.

Tasks: 1. Reporting to the Senior Expert for Pedestrian Protection

2. Driving the design of the vehicle to ensure the needs of world class Pedpro performance are met

3. Optimising system design by a smart use of simulation and testing CAE driven development.

4. Working with System Engineering teams/ Suppliers to ensure their designs are capable.

5. Managing test actvities, including specification of tests, coordination of test hardware,

execution of tests and reporting



Requirements:

-Degree Qualified Mechanical / Automotive Engineering.

-3 years working experience in Vehicle Safety Ideally, experience of Finite Element Analysis (Dyna)

-Good oral and written English
