职位描述
◆本科以上学历，计算机相关专业。 Bachelor degree or above, computer related major.
◆ 接受过产品专业知识及管理相关课程培训。 Received training on product professional knowledge and management related courses.
◆五年以上视觉类产品技术服务工作经验。 More than five years of technical service experience in visual products.
◆熟悉本部门业务流程； Familiar with the business process of the Department.
◆具有较好的团队组织管理能力、逻辑思维能力、判断能力及沟通能力； Good team organization and management ability, logical thinking ability, judgment ability and communication ability.
◆服从管理、具有一定应变能力； Obedience to management and adaptability.
◆工作细致、诚实稳重、责任心强； Meticulous, honest and responsible.
◆具有优秀的学习能力及较强求知欲。 Excellent learning ability and strong desire for knowledge.
岗位职责：
1. 配合销售团队，对小组的重点客户的技术支持质量负责并直接参与指导技术支持工作
Cooperate with the sales team, be responsible for the technical support quality of key customers of the team and directly participate in the guidance of technical support work.
2. 配合销售团队，为客户提供定制化系统化的产品解决方案，包括咨询解答，产品培训，现场技术指导，可行性验证等一系列售前技术支持工作
Cooperate with the sales team to provide customers with customized and systematic product solutions, including consulting and answering, product training, on-site technical guidance, feasibility verification and a series of pre-sales technical support work.
3. 积极响应和解决客户的技术疑问，故障分析排查
Actively respond to and solve customers' technical questions, and conduct troubleshooting.
4. 制定产品的作业指导书，产品说明等技术文档
Prepare operation instructions, product descriptions and other technical documents of products.
5. 配合销售团队，参与组织和实施面向客户的技术培训，经验交流会和技术研讨会
Cooperate with sales team to organize and implement customer oriented technical training, experience exchange meeting and technical seminar.
6. 积极配合公司的线上线下的推广培训工作
Actively cooperate with the company's online and offline promotion and training.
7. 积极配合产品部了解收集客户端新品测试意见并给出建议
Actively cooperate with the product department to understand and collect the new product testing opinions of the client and give suggestions.
8. 积极配合市场部，设计开发新颖实用的展会演示系统

9. 指导，培养组内技术工程师的工作，学习和提高
Guide and cultivate the work, learning and improvement of technical engineers.
10. 参与技术部各项技术流程的制定工作，跟踪和学习最新的技术动态，整理新技术和新业务的技术部培训材料。
Participate in the formulation of various technical processes of the technology department, track and learn the latest technical trends, and sort out the training materials of the technology department for new technology and new business.
