1. Responsible for overall maintenance of customer demands, demand forecast accuracy improvement in system

2. Release weekly delivery request to Production team

下达周出货计划给生产计划部

3. Coordinate cross functions inside &outside Hella to ensure on time delivery and achieve better supplying performance

协调海拉内部和外部相关部门以保证按时交货和达到良好供货业绩

4. Coordinate cross functions inside &outside Hella for customer complaint , to get solutions asap

在海拉内部和外部相关部门协调处理客户投诉，尽早得到解决方案

5. Set up and guarantee safety stock

设置合理安全库存

6. Analyze inventory levels and quality &drive cross functional inventory action plans

分析库存水平，推进相关部门库存管理

7. Maintaining optimum stock levels through regular analysis of inventory, accurate piloting and implementation of corrective action plans when necessary

通过定期库存分析，优化库存水平。正确引领和执行行动计划

Necessary requirements

1. 3 more years of planning experience in auto industry

3年以上相关汽车行业工作经验

2. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word

熟练操作Excel, PowerPoint 和 Word;

3. SAP knowledge

熟练SAP系统

4. Conduct daily duties in a professional appearance and manner

5. High level of accuracy

6. Must be conscientious and maintain confidentiality in daily operations
