The essential duties include



Design and layout of web sites, microsites, and landing pages
Creative and design work to support demand generation programs: email campaigns, banner ads, etc.
May require coding of sites
Creation of Flash pieces to support various campaigns
Design and layout of print materials to include: brochures, booklets, signage, trade show booth graphics, case studies, etc.


Required Skills


Strong technical knowledge of web-based technologies such as HTML, Flash, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
Strong understanding of website architecture and usability, wireframing, and designing engaging PPC, retargeting, and traditional banner advertisements
Expertise in current graphic design practices and web production software (Adobe Creative Suite)
Solid understanding of web site structure and architecture
Expertise in all elements of graphic design: corporate branding, color theory, layout, and typography for both print and digital media
Must be able to take an idea or concept and communicate that idea graphically in a way that is simple to understand yet engaging and visually appealing.


Required Experience


Experience in email and online advertising design and best practices;
Some experience in video a plus;
Bachelor's degree in graphic design/graphic arts.
