Duties and Responsibilities

1. Visit customers at home at appointed time, estimate the volume of the PE to be moved, explain to customers in details about moving procedures, customs regulations and documents required. Ease their concerns and questions on the move.

2. Provide quotation to customers within 2 working days of survey and follow up closely until the move is booked or lost.
3. Confirm all the requirements with customers before packing.
4. Visit packing site to control the packing quality
5. Solve any problem related to his customers.
6. Other jobs assigned by Manager.


Job Requirements

1. Bachelor Degree or above.
2. Working experience in the industry is preferred, but not essential.
3. Multi lingual preference.
4. Good sales and communication skills.
5. Good at Microsoft word, Excel, outlook
6. Can work under pressure.
7. Customer-orientated.
