Responsibility:
1. Maintain balanced prospects that ensure consistent achievement of targets and future growth
1.1 Engage with BU managers and sales teams to ensure prospect levels are maintained and grown

2. Align China business positioning with Global Model
2.1Prepare annual promotions calendars
2.2 Develop, co-ordinate and execute marketing communication plans
2.3 Build brand awareness and positive market image
2.4 Engage with BU managers and sales teams to align sales and marketing messages

3. Prepare & implement internal promotional plans
3.1 Internet and Intranet development
3.2 Enhance staff communications

4. Provide strategic market insight to enhance management decision making
4.1 Develop a clear understanding of the market and segments
4.2 Develop a clear understanding of the main media and methods of communicating with the market
4.3 Increase brand awareness and Positive Market Image
4.4 Ensure communications are aligned with positioning and strategy

5. Plan and conduct activities to develop strong customer relationships
5.1 Seminars
5.2 Customer Days
5.3 Coordinate visits to Suzhou Imagination centre

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communication, a MBA qualification preferred
2.8 years working experience with at least 6 years of marketing communication experience preferably in mechanical or automation industry.
3.Strong advertising and promotion event marketing background
4.Creative with high initiative and a unorthodox person
5.Able to multi task and adaptive
6.Good spoken and written English
7.Strong and presentable personality
8.Skillful communicator with excellent presentation skill.
