岗位职责：
1）参与公司战略管理，依据公司发展战略，组织制定技术发展战略规划，并组织实施，及时了解和监督技术发展战略规划的执行情况，提出修订方案；
2）负责技术团队和实验室的管理，确保检测项目的正常运行，定期组织安排项目管理会议；
3）负责为重要客户提供个性化的实验设计及数据分析等咨询服务；
4）负责建立产品及技术服务相关的技术资料库；
5）在公司产品市场推广活动中，提供技术相关的支持，主持重要的技术讲座，承担重要客户的技术沟通、展会的技术咨询等；
6）负责与公司战略合作伙伴的技术交流；
7）负责公司内部员工的技术培训，提高销售及技术支持人员的技术水准。

任职要求：
1）免疫学、分子生物学、医学及相关专业博士学位；
2）熟悉Elisa技术的优先；
3）熟悉流式技术和酶联免疫技术；
4）具备很强的团队管理组织能力，有敏锐的洞察力，执行力强；
5）能阅读、翻译各类英文专业文献和资料。
